This is exactly how photography makes me feel. When I am creating art, an electric feeling spreads through my body and my heart feels content.

As someone who had a hard time expressing themselves as a kid, I found photography to be an easy outlet in which to share my love and joy for the world. Each image is a representation of some part of me. It is the medium in which I express my creativity, emotion, and connection to people, places and moments.

I have always been a visual person. I see the world in light, shape, design and composition. Goosebumps appear when I know I have captured something profound, telling me that this art of photography is always going to be a huge part of my life.

Combined with the opportunity to serve others on their wedding day, to share my gift, is a great honor. At every wedding, I am there to capture people in the most expressive, authentic version of themselves. I see it as my gift to create a safe place where this can happen so that precious moments are remembered for many years to come.

Photography is my art. Being of service brings me joy.
